Celebrating consecration of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple
On January 22, 2024, the Prime Minister of India led the consecration ceremony of Shri Ram’s idol at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. Leading up to this day, he urged the nation to celebrate it as an auspicious occasion, akin to Diwali, by illuminating earthen lamps in the form of Ram Jyoti at their homes.
Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra (VMRK) extended the reach of the initiative and celebrated this day at all its centers with great zest and zeal. Our centers were transformed into a festive ambiance adorned with lights, flowers, rangoli and balloons. Throughout the day, the devotional songs of Lord Rama filled the atmosphere creating a serene and spiritual ambiance at all our centers. People from near and far came to joyfully celebrate this day at their nearest VMRK center, lighting Ram Jyoti. They enjoyed the wholesome food prepared by VMRK volunteers. For desert, laddoo, a savored Indian sweet was distributed as a prasad in keeping with the tradition of serving sweets during moments of joy.
VMRK honored the sanctity of this pious day by conducting charitable activities. We distributed food including chapati, seasonal vegetables, dal (lentils), and rice to the underprivileged living in the slums, villages, and brick kilns across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Maharashtra. We also distributed clothes and blankets to bring comfort during the cold winter weather. In addition, medical camps provided basic healthcare support to those in need.
These charitable activities made a meaningful positive impact on the lives of more than 10,000 individuals.
On January 22, 2024, in celebration of the consecration ceremony of Shri Ram’s idol in Ayodhya, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra (VMRK) through its center Dahiwad distributed food to 190 people in need residing in Sukalalpada. The distribution was carried out in a proper planned manner. This is a commendable work of the organization and notably, your organization is actively involved in such charitable activities. Food charity is inherently a noble task, and serving those who reside in slum areas is truly a noble cause. I hope VMRK continues its charitable work in future as well. I would like to thank VMRK from the bottom of my heart. Your organization’s social initiatives are actively taking place in the community. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sant Baljit Singh Ji, the spiritual head of VMRK.

On Monday, January 22, 2024, on the occasion of the consecration ceremony of Shri Ram’s idol, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra through its Shahbad center, distributed food to the underprivileged people residing in the slums adjacent to cowshed (gaushala), Shahbad. The task was carried out with discipline as volunteers organized people into queues, which is truly commendable. Periodically, the organization keeps doing such charitable activities like free medical camps and distributing various essentials to benefit the underprivileged people. I pray to God that this organization continues its charitable work in the same manner.
