Punjab – Caring for medical staff and patients

In Punjab, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra has been collaborating with hospitals to donate medical supplies to protect our hospital corona warriors i.e. doctors and nurses.

Guru Nanak Dev Hospital, Amritsar

In February 2021, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra donated folding wheelchairs, foldable stretchers, nebulizers, blood pressure apparatus, surgical gloves, N-95 masks, operating theater disposable gowns, D-syringes, needle syringe destroyers, EDTA vials, cramer wires, and angiocatheters.

The Medical Superintendent of the hospital thanked Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra for the donation. He also noted that the items donated by Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra in the six months prior were of very good quality.

The social service volunteers of this organization wholeheartedly served the people on the occasion. The distribution of the above material was carried out following the government’s guidelines for the Covid-19 pandemic. The patients of the hospital were in dire need of these medical aids & equipment. I appreciate the organization Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra (Regd.) for its services to humanity and hope such charity programmes will be carried out by this organization in the future also.

In April 2020, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra donated PPE kits, hand sanitizers, triple layer masks, and gloves. On April 21, 2020, The Tribune reported that the Mayor Karamjit Singh received the donated items and thanked the office bearers of Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra.

I personally thank Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra, a charitable organization that takes part in social services, for the items donated to help COVID-19 patients. I expect that the organization will continue helping in future too.

Certified that Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra, Nawan Nagar, Distt. Panchkula, Branch Nandpur Kalour has donated free of cost, articles related to Covid-19 work to PHC Nandpur Kalour Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib on January 18, 2021. The washable masks and sanitizer have been distributed to poor patients who could not afford these and they are very satisfied now. I appreciate the service done by the volunteers of Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra, Nawan Nagar, Distt. Panchkula, Branch Nandpur Kalour for the poor and those in need. I am thankful for this great act of kindness.
