On April 8, 2020, our local center hosted a blood donation camp in Kalmeshwar, Nagpur, Maharashtra in collaboration, and with guidance from the Government Medical College and Hospital, Nagpur.

Pimpalner Manav Kendra Extended Help To Maharashtra And Other States

UDANE: During the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra, under the guidance of Param Sant Baljit Singh Ji Maharaj, is carrying the mission work alongside its charity work. Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra branches are helping the needy religiously from 5th April 2020 to 3rd May 2020, in collaboration with the local administration, and are continuing the same help thereafter.

With the help of Tehsildar of Pimpalner, Manav Kendra Pimpalner is providing free tea, snacks and two meals daily to 57 quarantined needy laborers at Wani Mangal Karyalaya in Pimpalner. 600 ration kits were also distributed to the needy under the supervision of Sakri’s Tehsildar and Deputy Tehsildar. Safety and medical supplies were provided to the Government Medical Hospital Jalgaon, Rural Hospital Pimpalner, District Hospital Nandurbar, Rural Hospital Sakri, and the Police Superintendent office in Nandurbar. Health and safety equipment, including one ventilator, one multipara monitor, 250 PPE kits, 350 N-95 masks, 1500 triple layer masks, 35 bottles of 5-liter hand sanitizers, 100 raincoats, 50 bottles of 5-liter sodium hypochlorite, and two thermal detectors, were donated to give immediate help to the people in need.

Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra is providing various social services and help to the needy and poor people in various states of the country. More than one lakh [two lakh as at May 2020] hygienically cooked, ready-to-eat food packets were distributed to the needy people of Haryana, Delhi, and Maharashtra. Tens of thousands of ration packets were distributed in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and in Maharashtra.

Thousands of PPE kits were distributed to hospitals in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana, Delhi, and Chandigarh. Masks, hand sanitizers, and medicines were given to government hospitals in Haryana, Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, and Punjab. Two ventilators along with medical equipment, were also donated to PGIMER, Chandigarh.

The local branch is helping the local administration by providing shelter to the needy and also the local branches are providing food packets and ration supplies to the hungry. Blankets and beds have also been provided to the shelter homes in Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh. In association with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Nagpur, a blood donation camp was organised in Kalmeshwar, District Nagpur.

Rural Hospital and Sakri Dedicated Covid Center, Pimpalner

In May 2021, our local center donated oxygen concentrators to the Rural Hospital and the Sakri Dedicated Covid Center in Pimpalner. Delivery of the donated items took place in the presence of Sh. Bhimrao Darade, SDM Sakri, Mrs. Manjulata Gavit, MLA Sakri, Sh. Chauhan K., tehsildar, and staff of the Rural Hospital, Pimpalner. MLA Mrs. Manjulata said that Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra has provided valuable help to save the lives of the patients who need oxygen.

20 patients are treated daily at the Rural Hospital Pimpalner and oxygen is needed for treating Covid-19 patients. Therefore, we appealed to Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra to provide oxygen concentrators to the hospital. As a result, 5 oxygen concentrators have been provided by your organization. Therefore, the administration is grateful and thankful to your organization.

PPE Kits And Other Items Distributed By Manav Kendra To Pimpalner Rural Hospital

UDANE: Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra distributed PPE kits along with sanitizers, monitors, stretchers, masks, etc. of approximately one lakh, to the doctors of the Rural Hospital of Pimpalner. Dr. Rakesh Mohan informed that the availability of this safety equipment during the corona pandemic was a blessing in disguise to the Rural Hospital staff. 175 ration kits were also distributed to the villagers of Mohane and Kutarkhamb, according to the survey done by the Tehsildar.

To face the corona pandemic, doctors, nurses & the entire medical staff, police departments, social service workers are continuously and selflessly working hard, and thus the PPE kits provided to the medical staff have been a boon, as they are directly in contact with the patients. Sakri’s Deputy Tehsildar Mr. Vinayak Ghawil, village head Mr. Saheb Rao Deshmukh, welfare officer Mr. Chaure, special duty officer Dr. Shinde, medical officer Dr. Mohan, State Nigran team member of Pimpalner zone Dr. Vasant Masule, Durgesh Sonawane, Amit Bhaiyya, Manohar Vende, Dhananjay Sonawane, Pankaj Marathe, Rakesh Desle, Dada Nerkar etc. were present during this distribution.
