Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra started its Covid-19 charity relief efforts when India’s Covid-19 pandemic lockdown began in March 2020. Throughout the initial lockdown, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra rallied with zest and zeal to help people in need, and donate medical supplies to hospitals. When India lifted lockdown restrictions during the second half of 2020, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra continued to support hospitals with medical supplies.
During India’s second wave of the pandemic in 2021, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra ramped up support once again. During these unprecedented times, we have steadfastly continued our Covid-19 charity relief efforts.

Himachal Pradesh
In Himachal Pradesh, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra:
1. Donated medical supplies to hospitals.
2. Four centers in Himachal Pradesh served as shelter homes.
3. Our centers prepared ration packets. We assisted the local administration to distribute these donated ration packets to people in need in various locations.
Punjab
1. Donated medical supplies to hospitals.
2. Donated medical supplies for police personnel.
3. Our centers prepared ration packets for delivery to various locations. Our volunteers assisted the local administration to distribute the ration packets to the people in need.
Chandigarh
1. Two ventilators and medical supplies to PGIMER Chandigarh.

Haryana
In Haryana, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra:

2. Our centers cooked and packed hot food packets, and prepared ration packets. Our volunteers worked alongside the local administration to distribute these to people in need at various locations.
Delhi
In Delhi, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra:

2. Our centers cooked, packed, donated and distributed food packets and ration kits to families in need.
Maharashtra
In Maharashtra, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra:

3. Our centers cooked and packed hot food packets and prepared ration packets. Our volunteers worked alongside the local administration to distribute these to people in need at various locations.
We ensure that each center is following the Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra Covid-19 Charity Health and Safety Policy that adheres to the latest Covid-19 health and safety regulations published by the health department. Our volunteers are practicing our hygiene etiquette that strictly follows social distancing guidelines, including keeping safe distance when preparing, delivering and distributing our donated food packets, ration packets and medical supplies.
We take care that our volunteers wear masks, and wash and clean their hands properly before preparing food. In addition, all cooking utensils and equipment, food preparation surfaces, and sinks are cleaned thoroughly and regularly. Each center is properly cleaned regularly, hygiene is maintained, and door handles and railings are wiped down with antiseptic solution frequently.
