In April 2021, Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra (VMRK) volunteers in Delhi visited the district magistrate office at Jam Nagar House, New Delhi to inquire if the district administration required support with medical supplies. The office recognized our team from our charitable activity of donating and distributing ration kits in 2020. Details about this activity are available in our blog post: Delhi – Feeding the hungry.

Ms. Geeta Grover, IC/DDMA/SDM ChanakyaPuri, informed that the district administration planned to set up a 300-bed Covid care center at Sarvodya Vidyalaya No. 3, RK Puram, Sector 7, New Delhi. She requested VMRK to provide 50 oxygen cylinders for the 100 beds at the center that would be equipped with oxygen facility.

On April 26, 2021 our team delivered the oxygen cylinders to the center.

Herewith we appreciate and acknowledge the contribution made by Vishav Manav Ruhani Kendra (Regd.), Branch Nilothi, New Delhi in the fight against the Covid-19 disease. The society has donated 50 oxygen cylinders (45kg each) free of cost to the Covid-19 care center at Sarvodaya Vidyalaya No. 3, Sector 7, R.K Puram, New Delhi.
